Watch Pacquiao vs Mayweather, Jr. Fight

Everybody is eager to watch a good fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr.; this has been the rumor if Pacman will going to win over Cotto on their November 14, 2009 fight.

It was already reported that getting Floyd to sign a contract to fight against Manny will be difficult because both, Pacquiao and Floyd, believe that they deserve the much bigger share of the money and none of them guy is willing to settle for an equal share.

Roach says Mayweather needs to get off his high horse because Pacquiao doesn’t need him. He predicts a very tough negotiations process.

“It’s what the world wants to see. But the thing is, can you get him sign the contract? I don’t know. It’s going to be difficult because he thinks he’s going to get all the money,” said Roach to Dennis Principe of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. “If he thinks he’s going to get equal money with us, he’s crazy. He needs us, we don’t need him.”

Roach said the crowd for last weekend’s fight in Las Vegas is a prime example of Mayweather’s lack of drawing power. Pacquiao would bring in the entire crowd if the two of them fought.

“Let’s face it, the guy that puts asses on the seats is Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather doesn’t draw. Against Marquez the venue was 80% Mexican,” said Roach. Source: http://pacquiao-vs-cotto.cebuspace.com/

Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Juan Manuel Marquez | Mayweather Wins Via UD

Last Sept. 19, 2009 Manny Pacquiao's former opponent, Juan Manuel Marquez had a boxing fight against Floyd Mayweather, Jr., who just came back from his retirement for more than a year.

Orginally, the event entitled "Number One/Numero Uno: Mayweather vs Marquez”, was set last July 18, 2009, but due to Mayweather's sustained rib injury while training, so the date was moved to Septemebr 19.

Anyway, after seeing the fight, I was not impressed by how Marquez fought when Marquez won via UD (unanimous decision) and I think, it was obvious that it was a mismatched as Floyd won easily.
